COMedia Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) developed Zevio (the “Application”) to play music stored on your device. This policy describes how we handle information, including what we do not collect.
Zevio is designed to operate without collecting personal data.

Zevio:
- does not require an account
- does not collect names or personal details
- does not request an email address or telephone number
- does not collect payment details
- does not access contacts or photos
Zevio may read music files selected for playback. Those files remain on the device and are not uploaded.
Zevio can be used without providing any personal data.
2.2 Automatically Collected Data
Zevio does not collect or store:
- IP addresses
- device identifiers
- advertising identifiers
- usage analytics
- diagnostic data linked to you
- tracking or profiling data
3. Location Data
Zevio does not use location data, precise or approximate.
4. Tracking and Advertising
Zevio:
- does not track users
- does not include advertising SDKs
- does not track users across apps or websites
5. Third-Party Services
We do not share user data with third parties, as we do not collect it.
If you open a website or media source from the application, that service is governed by its own privacy policy.
6. Data Retention
Because Zevio does not collect personal data:
- no personal data is stored
- no personal data is retained
- there is no personal data to delete
7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. As no personal data is collected, Zevio does not process children’s personal information.

Zevio does not maintain a database of personal data.
9. Changes to This Policy
If Zevio changes, this policy may be updated. The effective date at the top of the page will change accordingly.
Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
